Our goal, as manufacturer's representatives, is to provide excellent customer service.  A few things that we provide for our customers include:  toll free phone and fax numbers, courtesy calls confirming all faxes, extended business hours to accommodate the West coast customers, and now, Email and a website for customers wishing to do their business online.  We are also continuously reviewing new products to keep our customers up to date with the newest products available.

Kyp Sales and Distribution advertises 7 times a year with ED-Play Magazine. They run a 12 page spread featuring new or best selling products. It contains whole sale pricing, item numbers and casepacks, making it convenient for a customer to place an order right from the ad. If the customer places an order from the ad, they will be mailed a complete catalog of the line that they ordered.

Kyp's ad is glued in the center of the magazine and can be pulled out as a reference manual.
